All of our plans are under 1,000 square feet in interior space and are designed for smaller lots.

We can also prepare custom chattel house plans based on your needs. These plans can be customised to create a small studio, a vacation cottage or a small home dwelling all with the historic design of the chattel house.   2. I’m interested in learning more about Barbados Chattel Houses for my MSc in Architecture at TU Delft in the Netherlands. I’d like to understand how the joints can be made without the use of nails, as I have read; please do you have the capacity to perhaps send me a detail of such a join or perhaps have to time to tell me more about the joint system.
